Our Policy
Theluxebrand provides the highest quality extensions along with highest quality experiences. Please review our policy below in its entirety before purchasing with us.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via usps or ups with signature confirmation.
- Friday overnight shipping: Overnight shipments depart Friday and will arrive Monday.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery takes 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Carrier: All international orders are shipped via ups.
- Delivery Times: Typically takes 5 business days after processing.
- Duties Charges: International shipping costs do not cover duties from your country. All duty fees must be covered by the costumer. Please consider this before placing an order with us.
PROCESSING TIMES
- Raw Hair Bundle Orders: Processing takes 1 business day
- Custom Wig Orders: Processing takes 1-14 business days.
- Wig Orders: Processing takes 1-3 business days
- No Weekends/Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed over the weekend or during national holidays.
- Lace frontals and closure orders: Processing takes 1-3 business days.
- Hair Growth Oils: Processing takes 1-3 business days.

Undeliverable, Lost or Stolen Packages
- Address Corrections: Please ensure that you have provided the correct address information at checkout. Address changes must be made immediately, we will not accept any changes after 3 hours.
- Responsibility: Theluxebrand is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of our carrier, contact your local post office for any issues you may have.
SHIPPING UPDATES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Purchases made through TheLuxeBrand are final sale. we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law or the item is deemed defective.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Report and initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Item must be shipped and delivered at given address within 5 days of initiation
- THELUXEBRAND will not cover any shipping fees for returning items. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Once received, inspected and approved, an exchange will be issued if the product qualifies.
- Please contact theluxebrandllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/ video of the defective item.
